Small Business Executive Leadership Team (SBELT)

About

Initiated the creation of the Small Business Executive Leadership Team (SBELT) in February 2007. Team is comprised of small businesses having direct contracts at MSFC, excluding SBIR and construction contracts. Team has a chair, vice chair, and secretary who are contractor employees. Team conducts bi-monthly and several half day off-site meetings, and assists the MSFC Small Business Specialist in the planning and coordination of Marshall Small Business Alliance outreach events.

Mission Statement

To represent, protect, and grow the interests of Small Business in the Marshall Space Flight Center procurement process.

Vision Statement

To inspire Small Businesses to play a vital role in NASA’s mission, specifically to develop technologies, provide services and manufacturing in support of the Marshall Space Flight Center and NASA’s mission.
