The Historically Black College & Universities (HBCU)/Minority Serving Institutions (MSI) Partnership Meeting is a half-day meeting targeting NASA's immediate and future subcontracting opportunities for historically black colleges and universities (HBCU) and minority serving institutions (MSI). This is an opportunity for historically black colleges and its prime contractors. NASA and many of its large business prime contractors are afforded the opportunity to interact with HBCU/MSI representatives to discuss potential subcontracting opportunities.
