The Joint Counseling (JC) initiative at Marshall Space Flight Center provides the opportunity for HBCUs and MSIs to meet with representatives from MSFC, prime contractors and other Government agencies to market their capabilities and learn about partnering and subcontracting opportunities. The goal of this joint counseling is to provide HBCUs/MSIs the maximum opportunity to do business with Government and Prime Contractors.
